Yeah, fish do that. But I have noticed other small details that are nice to have, like if you are high in a mountain, and Aloy talks, you can hear the echo. Red plants (medicinal ones for example) are snow covered if you found them in a snowy place.
EDIT: And duuuude, store gets complex after a while... It really surprised me for the good. I didnt expect good narrative since Killzones didnt have one. Sad thing is that you have to find and read so much text to get it straight.
