He said "one invisible wall" and showed one of them. There is no lie there.
He also didn't say the had the same "issue", though they have the same exact way of limiting the game world, even if on BotW that's far less uncommon, as you are saying (which from my experience with Horizon, you can also play the whole game without hitting one, if you don't try going to black borders, but yes, the game has them).
Seems like you are reading way too much on it, or at least quoted the wrong post, 'cause that one had nothing of it.

The "lie" is to suggest both suffer from the same issue when they don't, at all.
