I relly dont see that strange, MK8D is launchig this month, and Splatoon2 is huge title espacily for Japanese market and they taking similar aprouch they done with 1st game, ARMS still doesnt has relase date outside Spring, I relly dont see Fire Emblem promotions. In any case, there is plenty of time for ARMS promtion, most likly after MK8D launch.

You're only highlighting exactly why it's strange. Mario Kart and Fire Emblem are launching soon just like ARMS, but it still lacks an exact date for a game releasing within two months. Splatoon 1 was promoted well before launch despite being an unproven new IP much like ARMS, so if they have similar faith in it you'd expect similar treatment. I think this either means nothing, that the game is delayed, that Nintendo doesn't believe in it, or that there really isn't much to the game.

MK8 is launching this month so make sense to have launch date, ARMS is Spring game that basicly means anuthing from March to June, and Nintendo usually don't have exact release date so early before launch. Nintendo is taking game after game and focus game after game (only Splatoon is here difrent) after MK8 is out they will start promoting ARMS. If you pay attention you will see that they just recently started promoting MK8D. Splatoon was totally different, it had test fires and seems that want be case with ARMS. I really don't see anything strange with ARMS, after April we will see start seeing more  promotions.
