I relly dont see that strange, MK8D is launchig this month, and Splatoon2 is huge title espacily for Japanese market and they taking similar aprouch they done with 1st game, ARMS still doesnt has relase date outside Spring, I relly dont see Fire Emblem promotions. In any case, there is plenty of time for ARMS promtion, most likly after MK8D launch.

You're only highlighting exactly why it's strange. Mario Kart and Fire Emblem are launching soon just like ARMS, but it still lacks an exact date for a game releasing within two months. Splatoon 1 was promoted well before launch despite being an unproven new IP much like ARMS, so if they have similar faith in it you'd expect similar treatment. I think this either means nothing, that the game is delayed, that Nintendo doesn't believe in it, or that there really isn't much to the game.
