Frankly, I don't give a shit. 
That main reason is because alot of the middle east loves to dress their military/terrorists as civilians. They also don't keep their actual civilians away from possible military targets. It's a little silly to complain civilian deaths when they use them as shields. I'm not saying any of this is reason for all civilian deaths but I'm sure it accounts for a lot it.
