3D Metroid, or at least that's what I hope.
I think they were working on a Wii U project (didn't they even tease an e3 announcement a few years ago?) but then Nintendo pushed the Switch forward because of bad sales and Retro moved their title over to the new platform. Hopefully a late 2017 release.
