I got my eye on Scorpio and even if I don't get a 4K TV.
Based on what we're hearing, Scorpio is going to add polish to 360 and non-Scorpio content. Better frame rates, no screen tear, 16x AF, potentially faster load times, games with dynamic resolution/graphics will stay at higher settings, etc. There are also game that will go for 60 fps and better graphics over resolution.
The gains are pretty significant even for 1080p screens.
