How Much Would a PC Cost with Specs similar to Scorpio.

Could help us figure out the price of the system. I'm not refering to the Scorpio capabilities because i understand that a PC able to play games in 4K are very expensive but im refering to a PC with similar specs ta  Scorpio, and wondering how much that would cost.
