There is no need to nitpick in an attempt to discredit.

Who says it was an attempt to discredit? It's simple grammar and logic that "because" was not an appropriate conjunction for that sentence. It neither proves, nor disproves your point. It just makes a sentence make little sense.

Regardless of how I word my opinions, it doesn't change what Nintendo has said.

And yes, I do acknowledge Iwata's quote:

"Statistically speaking, it is true that there are a small number of customers who feel that the flash memory is too small, while many others find that they have plenty of memory. However, because this small number of people are none other than the most avid players, we know we have to review the best possible solution to eliminate their inconvenience."

But I do not believe this means running content from SD or external devices. Rather, most likely, some kind of automated juggle process.

What you believe he meant doesn't prove Nintendo isn't working on this.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
