$449 with no games, but the option to play an old game such as Forza, Gears 4, Quantum Break and Halo 5 at 4K if you already own them (think backwards and forwards compatibility).
$499 with a new game, most likely a new Forza or Crackdown.
Since they've kept the same processor, I can see it not being more than $499. I don't think MS will want to take a hit unless they absolutely must, meaning they will either sell it at breakeven or a small loss.
