Depends what you want.
If a clean image is important to you and you hate aliasing, then Scorpio would be great for you with a 1080p screen. Aliasing is for many the most annoying thing in games if it comes to graphics.
Then it seems as if devs can maybe have different modes like performance/graphics/whatever if they want to. So maybe we will get 1080p games running with 30fps on XBO with 60fps on Scorpio with such a performance mode and/or you will maybe get higher graphical settings in general . Like a boost from medium to high settings.
VR is also still a big question.
But if you don't care much about any of that, I think your standard model will be enough for you.
