It's a matter of what needs to be done to scale it to the console, and if Nintendo has any other hardware revisions in the works with different or greater capabilities: Square would want to make adjustments to scale for those as well. The Enix side of the company, it's pretty much open field, they can put everything on it. I would like to see Switch as the primary Dragon Quest platform, and Kingdom Hearts makes more sense on a Nintendo console too, since Sony fans hate kiddy stuff. |
