Persona Q on 3DS was a thing, and I liked the concept of having P3 and P4 characters crossover in an Etrian Odyssey like game.

A simplistic RPG feat. the P5 characters would be cool for me.

That's right I forgot about Persona Q. I feel if Switch a big success in Japan Atlus will be bringing some big support to the platform, especially since the Switch will soon be the only relevant and supported dedicated portable gaming hardware on the market in Japan (provided Sony really is done with portable systems).
