I took the Switch on a trip for the first time a few days ago. Never had an issue with battery.
It's a new time. Airports have wall to wall charging stations. Many planes have chargers. Nearly every late model car has USB. And people bought portable chargers to play Pokemon Go, I'm sure they'll have no problem doing the same for Switch if it really becomes necessary.
