Xbox Scorpio should be more worried that MS and Sony seems to have forgotten some of the core concepts of what a console is and should be. And, also, no. The Switch and Scorpio are probably the two consoles that will affect one another the least of them all since they couldn't be further away as philosophical and design concepts on the market today.
