My top 5 would probably be:
Woolly World
Splatoon
Pikmin 3
Bayonetta 2
Smash
Most games on the system outside those 5 either didn't wow me, or I thought were meh.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
