Nintendo seems committed to supporting the 3DS through this year, even while Switch takes off.
However $200 for N3DS XL seems high - especially with Switch selling at $300.
$80 for the 2DS with a game bundled is a good value. But you could almost figure on cutting the price further and figure those customers could move over to Switch in the next year or two when Switch is sold at lower price.
Do you think Nintendo would have any benefit in cutting the price of 3DS/2DS this year? Even as a new Switch owner - I really feel like 3DS has some things to offer the Switch just doesn't have yet.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
