My prediction is:
PS4 - 16-17m
X1 - 7-8m
Switch - 6-7m
3DS - 3-4m
All others - 1-2m

So 33m at lowest, 38m at highest. I think we'll see a slight decrease again this year unless Switch sells some really big numbers
