If they can find a way to make it work with the new open-world formula, I want them to go back to the "lock-and-key" dungeons with specific items. Ideally I'd have at least 8 of those, but I'd be fine with 5-6 dungeons as long as they were huge. Aesthetics-wise they can do whatever, go crazy with it, I just don't want them all to look the same.
