the i5 in question the higher fps isnt much in the thick of things 138fps vs 129fps, i play with vsync so games are locked to 60 mostly and the fact that the 8 threads will be better for general pc usage combined with cheaper price i would definatly get the R5
my next build im going from a fx 8320 to a i5 4590, but the build after that will definatly be a ryzen 5
...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...
