Think about that. Something that is actually "truthful" and accurate would cause more problems, than something that is inaccurate like "exclusive" or less description like "console exclusive". If all three people upset someone - what do you do?

I'd just say "The PS4 library is amazing right now!"

Then I'd point out that some of the games are playable elsewhere but, if you have a PS4, you really have the best mix of games. Exclusives, the best version of many multiplats, exclusive content like VR in Resident Evil 7, etc. Personally, I've never cared if a game was exclusive. I only care if I have the hardware to play it. Since the 7th gen I've said "I want to be able to walk into GameStop and be able to play anything I see." That's all I care about.

That would be true for every year since launch though even if people pretend that PS4 had no games for its first few years. The following are just retail games that I can remember that were good.

2013 - Assassin's Creed IV, Battlefield 4 in two months

2014 - Infamous: Second Son and First Light, Far Cry 4, GTA V, Driveclub, Alien Isolation, The Evil Within, Wolfenstein The New Order, Watch Dogs, Dragon Age Inquisition

2015 - Bloodborne, Fallout 4, Dark Souls 2, The Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Until Dawn

2016 - Ratchet and Clank, Battlefield 1, Dark Souls 3, Uncharted 4, Titanfall 2, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Overwatch, The Last Guardian, Doom, COD IW, Final Fantasy XV
