Yea the PvP does get toxic at times when things are not going your team's way. Brawl has new rules everyweek (Same as in Overwatch and Hearthstone). Sometimes they are entertaining, other times less so. This week is random heroes get Bloodlust during the match for a minute. After 17 minutes all heroes get Bloodlust. It is more random, so people take it more casually and just play for fun. Also rewards are decent too. This week play 2 matches and get 1000 gold.
I appreciate the AI option too as getting back to the game every few weeks or months. I'd be lost if i had to go straight into quickmatch pvp.
