The game is 20GB because it's meant to be sold physically on Wii U whose media stores more than that anyway, it might have uncompressed audio or something. 7.1GB is the full game on the Switch.
Sucks for PS4/XBone users who will need to spare 20GB on their HDD because of bad compression though, for in no way this game needs more than those 7GB.
