This guy really seems to know what he is talking about... especially in the comments section. Is it possible that the SOC for Switch is really X2? I found it interesting although it makes little difference to me. Really, this was about the fact that I did not see that anybody else had posted this video or discussed the possibility of the console having the X2

No its not.

They have cut open the chip inside a switch, and taken X-ray photo's or however the hell they do it, and analysed it, and it matches up perfectly to a Tegra X1.

So the answear is NO, its not possible.

When you have Photo proof that shows near 100% match, with die's inside the chips.

There is no debate anymore.

Switch = Tegra X1.

No room for debate in this matter.

Why does it use less power than the Tegra X1? becuase its not a full X1, Nintendo downclock it, and turn things off, to conserve power.

Its still a Tegra X1 though.

This is a good thing too, it means in the near future, nintendo can make a "better" Switch a 2.0, that ll be more powerfull and use less power, based on Tegra X2.
