No this version seems to be the Tegra X1.
I think Nintendo will switch to Tegra X2 to future Switch revisions in 2018 once it becomes more mass produced.
Even if they don't enable it's higher performance modes, the Tegra X2 can run the same stuff the Tegra X1 just at a much lower electrical consumption, so using that chip could bump your battery life to 5-7 hours without basically no fuss.
