I wasn't being sarcastic, anyways. I agree with Kwaad... why charge for Opera when you can get Mozilla, a better browser, for free? And if Nintendo charges for this, they ARE cheap because right now they're making the most amount of profit. Sony isn't charging for their browser at all, and they're losing a lot of money on the PS3.
