The last ARM conference stated that mobile chips will be at PS4 graphics levels by the end of 2017. The Nintendo Switch will destroy Sony in Japan. Sony's answer will be a portable PS4 similar to the Switch. It will be known as the Sony Swap. Yes, I just made most of that up.

I honestly wouldn't mind it, but I'd be scared to see it do bad like the Vita :

I love handhelds from both companies though, so I never want them to fail.
