Incorrect. 1M milestone announxement is only bad if it happens too long after launch. By your logic, sales announcement shouldn't happen until the 100M mark is reached.

You're also forgetting that Sony announced 1M sold and we all know that positive news was never lacking for the PS4 since it's reveal.
