I actually like the weapon degradation. It adds a new element of awareness and is very well done considering all of the weapons you come across can be used. Throwing a broken weapon for double damage was a nice touch as well.
I would much rather have this than constantly having to sell or empty my inventory of countless throw away weapons like Skyrim or Witcher.
While I would have liked some weapons to last a little longer, it is no where near as bad as people make it out to be. The system works quite well IMO.
