Integrate them better, build bridges, involve them more in society. It's not rocket science. For those who are criminals give the police the neccessary leeway to crack down on that element.
The fact of the matter is those people are there and they're likely going to be there in 20, 30 years from now. They're not going anywhere. So you can sit there and huff and puff and be resentful to them and see how well that goes or you can look at involving them more into society and you might find in a generation that their kids are very well integrated. Which is generally the case in countries like Canada and the US, 2nd generation kids tend to be quite well integrated.

Not all cultures arw equal. Brazilian culture, for example, is not the same as Islamic culture. The former will integrate better than the latter.

proper management is all that's needed. Many European countries did not handle the refugees or immigrants well. That is why we have seen this balloon into a big issue.
Minnesota features the second largest population of Somalians, and we're doing quite fine. Why? It's because we don't just let anyone enter and prevent abuse of our system.
