Seeing as how the lowest scoring Mass Effect game got a 93 on consoles and it's their lowest scoring console release in history with one of their largest budgets and expectations it truly is a terrible score in this context. ME: Andromeda was one of the most anticipated releases of the decade, certainly top 10 in the 8th gen and had some huge shoulders to reach up to.
This is nothing short of a disaster for Bioware and they're losing fans and resepect slowly but certainly, and EA is mostly to blame but won't get nearly as much shit for it from the average consumer.
It is a terrible score, all things considered.
