If there's going to be a war in Europe any time soon and it's not related to outside nations such as Russia or Turkey, it's going to be because of the division populists are creating. Religion could be a pretense for such a war, but it's going to take ages for there to be enough religious differences in Europe for them to actually start a war. For reference, in 2050, about 10% of the population in Europe is projected to be Muslim. I'd say that's hardly enough for a religious war. The projection could be way off and the Muslim population still wouldn't be enough for a religious war (and I don't think any other religion can come even close to Muslim numbers).
