Of course! Though I do disagree about the whole Mac Walters thing. I mean sure he made a full graphic novel for Liara which bridges the gap in ME2 from where Shepard is KIA'd. I wouldn't say he focused too much on her, I really don't see this. But I don't deny her importance and she is one of my favorite characters. As for the Dark Energy plotline. Unfortunately that is one of about 4 or so different endings that was being work toward. A lot of things didn't get resolution unfortunately and many things were changed to fit the new vision started upon in ME2 and altered a bit more in ME3. |
I disagree completely on Liara. With the exception of ME3 which only completed 3 times. I finished ME1 and ME2 with virtually every combination of Shepard you can imagine. In ME3, Liara gets more dialog and focus from Shepard than he/her love interest. Tali is the only one that comes close content wise. If your Shepard stuck with Ashley or Kaidan, it's almost laughable how much more content you get from Liara eventhough you chose someone else. And they make out better than the ME2 cast. Even if you pick the "screw you" ending in ME3. Liara gets the focus of that.
