I don't think that Nintendo made that 5b with the wii u being killed in 2016...
I understand why you ask, Nintendo's seems low compared to MS/SONY...
However, if you remove online play subcription and xboxlive/ps now! MS should be below or on par with Nintendo, and sony not so much higher.
Nintendo's 5b is basically hardware and software, they don't charge for online play and don't have a service like ps now/xbox live, but with swith they will and this report is why anyone shouldn't be surprised at Nintendo following that practice too.
