They probably spend majority of that two hours scanning the map to try and see which seed they didn't have. You can only see Kurok seeds found when all the way zoomed in. So they sat and looked at a screen and compared to their booklet i'm sure to see if they had all teh seeds in that area. Then scrolled to the side and compared again.
When you have to compare 900 dots on a map with another map, it can take a while to find the one you are missin.g
