Why do you need to sit next to plug? I would expect people to want pro-controller with this baby more than anything else. Plus joy-cons are removable. You don't have to be physically near a plug. That is the magic of this hybrid design. Dock it (or not) and play on couch, bed floor, roof, shitter, while having sex, while riding a donkey (sex related or not), .... you get the point.

3 hours? Zelda barely holds up at 3 hours. Overwatch is far more taxing and would require constant  use of the wifi signal. That would drain the battery in less than an hour would be my guess.

I couldn't even imagine how the switch would help up even an hour playing a graphically intense game on wifi.

Overwatch is far more taxing based on what? It's not exactly an impressive looking game. A game like Overwatch would be mostly played at home anyway, as it requires wifi.
