I love weapon durability in the older Dead Rising games. It makes a sense, since the game wants you to keep recycling your arsenal with everything you can grab on sight. Besides, using the same weapon over and over becomes monotonous and boring (which is what defeat the purpose of the whole "grab everything" philosophy in the first place).

I can understand the annoyance for people, but I think Dead Rising games did it perfectly. A chair breaks in a few hits because you're not supposed to use some random chair from a restaurant as weapon for too long.
