I actually balked at bringing it cross country when I traveled to San Francisco last week. I was worried I'd damage it somehow in transit. But I am super obsessive and compulsive when it comes to my video game hardware 
I think the more I use it, the more I'll feel comfortable taking it into less controlled environments. I'm actually excited to bring it to Comic Con in October. A lot of that experience is waiting in line. Being able to play Mario Kart 8 with a friend on a single portable screen will be a pretty sweet way to pass the time.
