Nazis are National Socialists.  It's their actual name.  Nationalism can come from all spectrums of politics, left or right.  However, Socialism is a tenant of the Left.  Of course, the extremes they took to get there is why they would be characterized as Alt-anything, as most people aren't going to go that far for their ideology.
