Not gonna put BOTW in yet, though I suspect it will end up being either #1 or #2.
1. Skyward Sword. My current favorite game of all time. Love the motion controls. Love the dungeons. Love the story. Actually found Fi interesting, and she didn't pop up to comment so much during my playthroughs. Love the visuals and the music. Groose, ect...
2. Twilight Princess. The IR controls are great. The dungeons are great. Love fighting to bulboblin king between dungeons. Midna. Only complaint is the slow first hour.
3. A Link Between Worlds-the best 2D Zelda dungeons.
4. Minish Cap. The 2nd best 2d Zelda dungeons, and the best 2d art-style.
5. Wind Waker. The game is clearly incomplete, but what is there is great.
