1. Majora's Mask. The time system, managing of NPCs, very interesting sidequests were ahead of its time. My favorite overall.
2. Breath of the Wild. Survival elements, very clever puzzles, AI and varied environments. And for the first time, Koroks, Ritos, Gerudos, Gorons and Zoras together...
3. A Link Between Worlds. Amazing dungeons and music. Very cool mechanic, going from 2D to 3D. Classic adventure feel.
