How far are you in Breath of the Wild?

I'm currently in the Goron village, I lost A LOT of time to arrive here because I died constantly since I didn't have the proper clothes, now I'm stuck again because a Goron that is key to the plot (supposedly) is stuck in a cave on a cliff and I have no idea how to set him free, I've tried with bombs, magnesis, stasis, arrows of all sorts but the damn red rocks are still there, can anyone give me a hint ?

I'm not sure how to hint without giving it away... Just take a look around that area and see if there's anything that seems designed to explode shit lol, they're unique to that area.

I eventually figured it out by myself, I already tried to activate them by pressing the A button near them, I didn't expect to need to use my weapon...

 

I made an attempt to reach the final boss, I failed miserably, I really need to train at dodging

I've completed 4 dungeons, the 4th boss was my favourite despite not beeing necessarily the most difficult...
