Your analysis is pretty good and complimentary to mine, thank you. As you implied, MS might actually be making profits overall for present or future aspects since it pushes Sony away from the PC and internet business, although this is hard to gauge.

Memory Stick kicks SD's ass, oh come on, SD is universal while Memory Stick is exclusive to Sony products (as far as I know) and I have never used memory Stick ever or seen anyone using it with non-Sony products.
It may change, due to Strong Playstation, but that does not change a drop of what I have said.
