I don't mind trading my old console in and getting an updated one every 3 years. With Scorpio, I'm not sure if they will support it for 3 years of the ps5 comes out a year before.
That's the same reason why I haven't bothered getting a pro. Had I bought it at launch I know I would have got a good 3 years before the ps5.
