I've just woken up, so can't say I've done anything other than browse the net, take a few swigs on my Vimto, try not kick the cat off the bed by mistake when I move and think about what to eat today.

Bad habits:

- love buying expensive watches and clothing
- I smoke
- keep starting gym and stopping after a few weeks / months
- when I lose my shit (it takes a lot for me to do this) I can barely controle myself. Last year I repeatedly punched a wall until my handbroke (didn't want to punch the guy who peed me off and risk getting arrested)

I'm sure there are other bad habits but these are my main ones I think.
