Non-English letters don't work in wall post replies, other writing systems don't work in PMs

Yeah, I'm just wondering if it's an easy problem to fix, or if it'd need a huge recoding of the website.

That's something that maybe only Trucks knows.

But with so many other things to fix, I don't know when it would be fixed, if it can be.
