I'm torn on whether to go for enhanced WiiU ports on Switch

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is a must-buy. Countless hours of fun with online multiplayer and you can play local with another person with no need of a second controller

As for the others (Rayman Legends, Lego City, Fast RMX) I think they´re just worthy if you have not played them on WiiU
