Hmm. Well, if you have Mario Kart 8 + DLC you can probably skip Deluxe. Although the revamped battle mode and Double Dash-era mechanics make it an enticing double dip option.
Haven't played Fast Racing Neo.
Treasure Trove comes with three DLC campaigns, plus co-op content and four-player battle mode, so it sounds like the definitive version of one of the best indie games of the last decade.
Lego City Undercover is generic, with or without remastering. So that's a recommended skip.
