THe Scorpio has been confirmed (by multiple sources) to just run the PC version of games from UWP, whatever they use to emulate the Xbox One the scorpio they will manage it, it will most likely not feature a Jaquar soc, it could use a PUMA, which is in the same processor family but the Zen would be immensly faster because its an actual dedicated gaming processor instead of a laptop low-end processor.

And a much more powerfull peace of hardware should be able to do anything, its still a long shot tough.
