IS my wii u defective or breath of the wild runs terrible at kakariko and Hetano?

I have a dip when docked in the switch as well. It is quite surprising for a Nintendo game and I'd have preferred a drop in graphics to sustain the fps but I've played quite a lot of PS4 games over the last couple of years - so I'm a bit more accustomed to frame dropping when there's a lot going on.
